Important Details
- One package per guest per 12 months, and one per account: the same email address or mobile number cannot claim more than one package in a 12-month period, regardless of the name on the booking.
- The package must be booked by the birthday guest, in their own name, using their own email address and mobile number. Bookings on someone else's behalf are not eligible.
- Valid photo ID matching the name and date of birth on the booking is required. The birthday guest must attend in person to collect the entries and the bar card.
- Offer is redeemable within 14 days before or after your birthday.
- $100 bar card valid for arrival before 11:00pm.
- Enter via Express Entry (valid all night).
- Your +3 guests must enter and check in with you to receive free entry.
- Birthday perks are available on Friday and Saturday nights only, subject to limited availability.
- Birthday requests must be submitted before 8:00pm on the night of attendance.
- For ticketed events, complimentary entry applies to the birthday guest only.
- If you have more than 4 people coming, you may also book a guest list to provide them with discounted entry.
- We may decline or withdraw a package where these conditions are not met.
